Summary:Porfiry investigates a market far from his district to find out a man who is related to the crime. He meets with the pawnbroker who is the owner of the shop and an actor. He tries to investigate the shop, but the actor hinders him. After the actor knows that Porfiry is a magistrate, he runs away with no reason. Porfiry then asks the pawnbroker about the person who is related to the crime. However, how Porfiry knows this person who is related to the crime is unknown.
